STS (Ship to Ship Transfert)
STS OPERATION: STS is known as, Ship To Ship transfer. This refers to the transfer of ship’s Oil or Gas, between two merchant tanker vessels positioned alongside each other. It requires proper coordination, the best equipments and full authorisation to proceed with such operation and under the entire supervisions of both the Vessels Masters.
Below are the requirements to conduct STS Operations :
- Taking relevant permissions from the Port Authorities.
- Adequate training for Tanker Staff for the said operation.
- STS equipments to be present on both vessels and in good condition.
Pre Planning or notifying the amount and type of cargo involved to be transfered.
CREW CHANGE
CREW CHANGE : We provide extensive and reliable crew change services. CASH TO MASTER
CASH TO MASTER : We offer a reliable and secure CTM services to owners to facilitate their day to day commercial transactions. Cash is needed onboard for Pay Roll (salaries) and suppliers. On request by Ship Owners, we send onboard the vessels some amount of money in different denominations. Very often, the money ends up in the Captain’s cash Volts or as instructed by the Ship Owner. To ensure a smooth transfer of funds process, we work in partnership with a Certified Security Company. Our office operates at dock & offshore Lomé Port or via a proven Sub-Agency Network throughout West Africa.
Taking all necessary measures, and providing prompt quality service is the key to a safe, smooth and efficient operations.
SHIP UNDERWATER SERVICES
Examination is carried out by our specially trained divers to estimate the technical condition of the ship Underwater Hull and her Machinery Fouling. For fixing the inspection results, provision is made for execution of the inspection certificates and besides the captured photos and video materials are attached to them. CCTV & GOPRO CAM is often applied while surveying the ship. It permits to transmit the underwater images to the monitor in mode of real time.
