We served as intermediaries inbetween two parties to a contract, whether with a Shipowner, Charterers or Buyer and Seller.

We act for one principal and occasionally as the sole broker between the two contracting parties. We are involved in most aspects of the contract, including circulation of the tonnage and business to potential clients, negotiating the sales, finalising the details of the contract and going through the contract to its conclusion.

With few exceptions, virtually all second-hand Ship Purchases are conducted with a maximum level of transparency for smooth, Free & Fair transaction.
